When SASL is using Courier's authdaemond to authenticate users, are
shared-secret authentication methods (such as CRAM-MD5) supported? If
not, are there any plans to support them? authdaemond supports
shared-secret authentication methods with the Courier IMAP server, so
it's just a matter of whether or not the right data gets to SASL in
    the right format.
