    - Patch cyrus-sasl with patch #2406 from
      https://bugzilla.andrew.cmu.edu,
    - compile cyrus-sasl --with-ldapdb --with-ldap
    - configure postfix to use ldapdb
    - configure openldap to allow proxy-authorization

    understand the listings and configuration examples.
